Covert / Discreet Cameras (MemoCams)

he award winning MemoCam® family

eatures a range of covert advanced digital detection and evidence-capture

solutions in simple plug and play designs.

When triggered by external contacts, passive infrared detectors or

VMD (video motion detection), MemoCam units record digital images on

removable SD multimedia cards. Images are digitally stamped and dated for

integrity. For image analysis, the SD card is simply removed from the

MemoCam unit and the images are downloaded to a PC or pocket PC for

immediate viewing.

MemoCam D-V56

Ideal for smart, covert evidence recording, MemoCam units are available in a range

of configurations including mobile units, desktop clock models, and models that can

be networked and managed from anywhere, anytime via the internet.The D-V56 is

a COLOR single channel model, miniature solid state digital video recorder (DVR)

that does not use any moving parts.This means that there is no longer a need for

any day-to-day interventions or any need for maintenance.The D-V56 is designed

to automatically record events on the Memory Card immediately following an

alarm. The alarm can be set off by external triggers and/or by the built-in Video

Motion Detection (VMD). The D-V56 is IP ready for remote management over

Internet/LAN by using the MemoCam GateWay. The VMD allows the user to

easily define specific areas of interest within the picture frame. The recorded

events can be conveniently analyzed by quite simply and easily withdrawing the

Memory Card from the device and placing it into a Memory Card Reader

connected to a PC or a Pocket PC.The included remote control allows the user

to Arm or Disarm the event recording process or Record events manually.
